Retell Of The Dragon Machine.

George saw his first dragon on a rainy Thursday. He was unseen, Ignored and over looked the dragons went unnoticed. Just like George. But imagination can take you to the places far far away, and back home again...  After George begins seeing dragons, he builds a machine to lead the way to the Great Wilderness. Then goes back home and everybody is happy to see him again. Their gave him a dog but no one noticed it was a dragon. At the binning he felt  unseen, ignored and over looked, but now he doesn't.

Retelling Penguin Walkers.

Hi my name is Emmy and this is a story that I am going to retell for you. The story is called Penguin Walkers.

I was standing on cliff top of the Antarctic. Behind me was a adelie penguin colony was getting ready for the summer. I could also see something that was moving out there some tiny spots on the sea ice. I knew that they have came from the open sea, and the open sea was very far away. I couldn't see it even from the cliff top. It’s quite possible that these penguins had travelled fifty or even a hundred kilometres- a long way for a bird. What makes it amazing is that penguins are not suited for land. They send most of their lives in sea. Penguins swim underwater at twenty-five meters of hour or more - about ten times the speed their go on land.  But penguins can be very determined. One adelie penguin is known walked at least 300 kilometres inland and 1400 meters above sea level. That's the distance from  Wellington to Taupo, or from Christchurch to Dunedin. For a small bird that doesn't walk too well, it’s a very long way to walk. THE END!

Maurice Sendak's Birthday.

I would like to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to MAURICE SENDAK its his 85th birthday. I got this news off GOOGLE. Maurice Sendak made a movie called where the wild things are. He also made book one of them are called out side over there made in 1981. He also wrote a book called in the night kitchen, made in 1970. It was said when I was writing this, I saw that he died May 8th 2012 But he is in a better place now.
